Classifieds Ad Agreement
IN-COLUMN ads will appear within The Olympian printed newspaper classifieds and online in our
Classifieds product. Some ads with special features such as logos and
boxes may not appear online as they do in print. The Olympian does not guarantee the
placement of print ads online which may not be available due to
technical difficulties. Any corrections or changes to a placed ad can
be made by calling the classified department.
The Olympian reserves the right to censor, reclassify,
revise, edit, or reject any advertisement not meeting its standards of acceptance. We
accept only standard abbreviations and required proper punctuation. Submission of an
advertisement does not constitute a commitment to publish the
advertisement. Publication of an advertisement does not constitute an
agreement for continued publication.
By placing an advertisement in The Olympian you agree
that the advertisement as it appears on The Olympian will become the
property of The Olympian and you will assign all ownership interest in
the advertisement as it appears in The Olympian under the
Copyright Act or otherwise to the The Olympian.
